Timing & Prep: The bartender arrives 30–60 minutes early to check the station and prepare for service, and stays up to 30 minutes after the event ends. Please note that this arrival and departure time is fully paid as part of the total hours on-site.
Service Limits: This package is strictly for bartending service. The bartender does not handle venue setup, heavy lifting, or spatial preparation. If you need the bartender to assist with setting up your own equipment, decorations, or organizing the space beforehand, this time must be arranged and paid for separately.
What is NOT included: No supplies are provided in this price except the bartender's personal tools. All alcohol, mixers, ice, glassware, tables, napkins, and straws must be provided entirely by the client. Creating shopping lists or menu planning is not included in this package and is the client's responsibility.
